Frequently Asked Questions

What is Risk:Reward (R:R) ratio?

R:R ratio compares your potential profit to your potential loss. A 1:2 ratio means for every $1 risked, you stand to gain $2. Professional traders typically only take trades with R:R of 1:2 or higher.

How is the liquidation price calculated?

The estimate assumes you lose 100% of your margin when price moves against you by (1/leverage). At 10× leverage, a 10% adverse move liquidates your position.

Does this work for both spot and futures trading?

For spot trading, set leverage to 1×. For futures (long or short), enter the leverage your exchange provides.
